Starbucks in Accrington

"A basic Starbucks. Food good but not 5 star worthy. Service was good but a little slow in the day I visited, when it wasn't busy."

"Everytime me and my dad visit here via the drive through we are greeted with the most friendliest and kind staff. Unfortunately, I don’t know any names, but the young gentlemen who works here often and the two ladies working this evening always greet us with a smile and never fail to be extra polite, even through a car window! Each time we both say how lovely the staff are and it makes us happily return. Genuinely the nicest service, much appreciated!"

"Staff could not have been more helpful! They realised I had a croaky voice when I ordered and they brought my drink / food over to me as I worked. When I had a coughing meltdown that quickly morphed into asthma difficulties I immediately went outside - they were on it! They spotted what was happening and brought me water and even sourced a salbutamol inhaler in case mine ran out. 'Beth' dried off the seat for me and stayed with me til things were calmer. What a team! Thank you so much for helping me in my hour of need! Looking at some of these other impatient reviews ... I just don't get it. The staff here have their priorities sorted and I have not experienced such amazing 'customer service' in a long time. Restores one's faith in humanity! Thanks all of you. The coffee was pretty good too!!!"

"Nice coffee, friendly member of staff on drive though, waited patiently for me to download app and register to get points. I said I would next time but she was happy to wait, there was no one waiting behind, so it was appreciated."

"Easily the best coffee shoparound. Opening ours are really good and the staff at this particular cafe are really friendly. Always fast service and they know my order like thr back of their hand."

"love starbucks so happy to have one in accrington please make one in the centre so i can go regularly love cake pops and refreshers its my ultimate treat. service is hit and miss though sometimes you can be stood at the desk for ages getting blatantly ignored and other times you can be given a warm welcome and a chat it really depends whos working, missing the fudge hot chocolate from the christmas menu it was so brief i only got to have it once then it wasn't available second time i went during the season."

"Well to say I’ve read most of these reviews I can honestly say take no notice. I never take any notice of reviews anyway as peoples views differ on whether they are Karen’s or kens. When it’s busy it can take a bit longer, if you are in a rush then may I suggest going McDonald’s or simply setting off earlier! A better attitude towards staff usually helps when ordering as well, as I have witnessed a few rude customers in the Haslingden branch it makes me wonder why folk expect to be met with a smile when they are down right rude from the get go. The staff are friendly enough though"

"It's a nice looking Starbucks and the coffee is good, no complaints. Has a drive thru. I like the oat milk cappuccino."
